Class Description: Circuit-Reps-Time, full-body conditioning, strength, cardio challenges, core training, mobility & balance.

Set-up: Circuits, stations, weekly challenges! Get challenged daily with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting, outdoor group workout! Our circuit and station training will keep you and your body guessing each week!
